In this workshop we will focus on how to create pantry & fridge staples, all dairy free & rich in plant nutrients, healthy fats and minimal sugars 🖤

With dairy alternatives being covered such as my plant based butter, nut mylks, macadamia feta and a versatile cultured sunflower cream & hemp seed pesto...perfect with the grain-free LCFH pasta recipe I will be sharing.

We will also touch on fermentation with basic sauerkraut and my vegan kimchi recipe will also be covered.

With a focus gluten free, dairy free, also LCFH friendly...this workshop will offer something for everyone.
