PLANT RICH MEXICAN

In this workshop we will look at the beautifully vibrant and delicious food of Mexico.

We are going to learn how to cater a real Mexican party…

We will focus on plant rich variations of the classics, that your family will recognise and love. Various salsas, sauces, and accompaniments for all the various taco fillings we will cover, Mexican salads, nacho toppings and even make our own masa tortillas. We will also look at creating a healthy dehydrated corn chip and dairy free cheese and sour creams.

We will cover the use of beautiful beans instead of meat, we will make a gorgeous mole with dark chocolate and sesame, and how to utilise relatively unknown ingredients such as jackfruit and tempeh.

We will also touch on Mexican desserts…we will cover it all so you can be confident creating three beautiful courses at home, and impress the toughest critic.

As per, we will have arrival drinks and a wee treat, and be eating non-stop during the workshop.

A full refund will be given if cancelled prior to 5 days before the workshop.
