Knowing where to start with making changes, can be overwhelming, but in this workshop we will walk through it all...swap outs, alternatives, suppliers, recipes, equipment, routines...just as we have done over the last two years.

We also have awee guest joining us, Nourish & Thrive founder and general weight loss and food guru The Shrinking Violet Elora Harre 🤓

We will cover lots of our favourite recipes staples, ferments/probiotics and plant based dairy alternatives. Prepping seeds/grains, dehydrating, our favourite alternative flours, freezer friendly prep, and our wee edible flower & herb garden...

We will take your hand and help you to make some changes to help craft your own wholefood kitchen where your nutritional healing can begin 🖤
